Returns and Refunds
How It Works
We aim to have you satisfied on the first attempt. However, if you are displeased with the item you brought, we are happy to try and resolve this.
Orders can be returned up to 7 days from the delivery date. If 7 days have past since your order was delivered; unfortunately we can't approve the return.
We will not be held responsible for broken wax melts due to the fact that wax is very fragile and the wax melt will still be usable - it does not effect its performance.
If a reed diffuser or wax melt burner has come damaged, it will be at our cost to replace the item or offer a full refund with photo proof of damage. If you are displeased with the item and it is still functional we ask you return the item to us.
We must have your items at the return address within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund and all items must arrive in a resell-able condition. Drop us an email using our contact form for a local return address.
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund.
